What a great event and the Seniors are still talking about it this morning after exercise!
Sixty-five Seniors and community members enjoyed a fantastic BBQ meal provided by Ken Anderson with Andy’s BBQ on Thursday, Oct. 20th.
Heartland Senior Services provides seniors within Story County programs and services such as Adult Day Center, Activities & Resources, Nutrition, Outreach and Transportation so they can achieve their desired quality of life! We strive to provide life-enriching opportunities to all of Story County’s older adults.
We appreciate your thoughtfulness Ken! Hope to see you in the future with other opportunities!
This was a great event! Christina has these photos to put on our Web page… (maybe today?) Also, it went in to the paper…it probably will make Saturday’s Life and Leisure. And of course on Facebook….
