My good friend Speed of Cookies in Wall Lake submitted these photos’ from several events (3) that he hosted in Northern Iowa. He was the man featured on the cover of the National BBQ News, and the Bullsheet, back in the September issues promoting this idea. He fed somewhere in the neighborhood of 200 people at three locations. He has done hundreds of projects for charitable organizations over the years. Anytime I ask, he’s there to help. He listens to new ideas with an open mind, and has a heart of gold. Although his schedule is incredibly difficult, he manages to keep his priorities in order. This is a prime example.
